  2. Read all three phases (Observer, Architect, Alchemist).

  3. Choose the one that feels most accurate right now.

  4. Don’t overthink it. Go with your first honest response.

  5. Repeat for each area of life.

    It’s about identifying the capacity you are currently building.

  • Observer

    • I’m recognizing my triggers.

    • I’m learning to pause before reacting.

    Architect

    • I practice regulation consistently.

    • I choose responses more often than reactions.

    Alchemist

    • I can hold intense emotions without collapsing.

    • Emotional challenges feel transformative.

    • I’m noticing inherited beliefs and behaviors.

    Architect

    • I’m setting boundaries and interrupting patterns.
